The problem
A Saudi coffee chain with 190 branches, each with its own Google profile of photos, details and reviews that needs constant care to show up for people searching nearby.
What I built
Managing the profiles branch by branch: verifying each one and correcting its details, then fresh photos, better visibility in Search and Maps, and replies to reviews. Ongoing until every branch is done.
- It starts with verification and clean data: address, hours and category, one branch at a time.
- Review replies in one brand voice, and tracking what keeps coming up in them.
- Local visibility work: the categories, keywords and photos that put a branch first.
- An operations dashboard for every branch's status in one place, in planning.
