   Quotations, costing, purchasing, contracts and approvals lived across Excel files and messages, and nobody saw the whole picture.

   One internal system for all of it: a dashboard of live figures, quotations and cost sheets, a materials catalogue, an AI pricing assistant, contracts, purchasing, an approval flow, and reports.

   • A quotation is built from the materials catalogue and the cost sheet, and the AI assistant suggests a price before it goes for approval.
   • Purchasing, technical submittals, a sales pipeline, and email notifications at every step.
   • Per-team permissions enforced by written, tested security rules, plus an admin panel and reports.
   • Alongside it, a separate executive task system: Express 5 on Neon and Railway, with 122 tests.

   Teachers spend their time on notebooks and WhatsApp groups, and parents can't tell how far their child has memorized.

   No more notebooks: teachers log recitation and attendance in seconds, students see their plan and points and stay motivated, and parents follow their child's progress as it happens. Piloted with a real Quran school.

   • Four roles: teacher, student, parent and admin. Every organization is isolated with its own data and users.
   • Points and a leaderboard that keep students going, a Ramadan module, and AI-written feedback for teachers.
   • Works for any Quran school on a monthly or annual plan.
   • Every sign-in is logged, and login attempts are rate-limited per address and per user.

   Personal finance apps are written in English first, assume a single currency, and upload everything you record.

   A personal finance app for the Saudi market: local-first with a double-entry ledger, multi-currency, shared accounts, and a full brand identity.

   • Every transaction is a balanced double entry, so the ledger holds however many accounts and currencies you add.
   • Data stays on the device; only shared accounts sync, over plain requests to Supabase with no third-party SDK.
   • Started in React Native, then moved to Swift and SwiftUI; the first version stays as the reference the new one is checked against.
   • The whole identity: name, logo, icon and website.

   Selling premium eyewear online needs search that understands Arabic, and payments that never lose an order or charge twice.

   A multi-brand eyewear store, Arabic-first and bilingual, with role-based access, Arabic search, and atomic payment settlement through Moyasar, being integrated.

   • Settlement is one transaction: payment, stock and order status commit together, or nothing does.
   • Search normalizes hamza, taa marbuta, alef maqsura and digits, in the index and in the user's query alike.
   • Role-based admin.

   Trainees need their plan and progress on their phone without going through an app store.

   A fitness PWA with subscriptions through Paddle, activated by Cloud Functions, being integrated.

   • Designed so subscription status goes from Paddle straight to Cloud Functions, and the app never trusts what the browser says.
   • Installs to the home screen and opens like a native app.

   A Saudi coffee chain with 190 branches, each with its own Google profile of photos, details and reviews that needs constant care to show up for people searching nearby.

   Managing the profiles branch by branch: verifying each one and correcting its details, then fresh photos, better visibility in Search and Maps, and replies to reviews. Ongoing until every branch is done.

   • It starts with verification and clean data: address, hours and category, one branch at a time.
   • Review replies in one brand voice, and tracking what keeps coming up in them.
   • Local visibility work: the categories, keywords and photos that put a branch first.
   • An operations dashboard for every branch's status in one place, in planning.

7. 07EtmamAn internal management platform for domestic Hajj companiesRole: Tech lead and backend, with a teamDetails about Etmam

   Domestic Hajj companies run their entire season out of an Excel file the Ministry sends them, plus spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups.

   A multi-company internal management platform that turns the pilgrim file into live operations: housing, transport, messaging, reports, and a pilgrim portal.

   • Re-importing the Ministry file updates its fields without touching what was built on top: groups, housing, transport.
   • Tenants are isolated inside the database itself with row-level security policies.
   • Three separate apps: staff, pilgrims (phone and one-time code), and platform admin.
