An internal management platform for domestic Hajj companies
The problem
Domestic Hajj companies run their entire season out of an Excel file the Ministry sends them, plus spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups.
What I built
A multi-company internal management platform that turns the pilgrim file into live operations: housing, transport, messaging, reports, and a pilgrim portal.
- Re-importing the Ministry file updates its fields without touching what was built on top: groups, housing, transport.
- Tenants are isolated inside the database itself with row-level security policies.
- Three separate apps: staff, pilgrims (phone and one-time code), and platform admin.
